Finding Available Software

Most modules are located under /opt/ohpc/pub/. 

To list all available software modules, use command module avail. You don't need to be under specific directory to initiate the command.

  Where:
   D:  Default Module
   L:  Module is loaded

Use "module spider" to find all possible modules and extensions.
Use "module keyword key1 key2 ..." to search for all possible modules matching any of the "keys".
