Step 1)
Open Outlook (New) by selecting the outlook app with new listed on the bottom right
Step 2)
Click on the New mail icon on the top left corner.
Step 3)
Select Message in the top ribbon, select the signature (
) icon, then select Signatures...Step 4)
If you already have a pre-existing signature, select new signature. Otherwise, you can customize your signature. Remember to select save when you are finished!
Step 5)
Ensure your signature is selected by pressing on the drop-down menus and select your custom signature.
Step 1)
Open Outlook by selecting the outlook app without new listed on the bottom right

Click on the New mail icon on the top left corner.

Select Message in the top ribbon, select the signature (
) icon, then select Signatures...Step 4)
You can customize your signature by selecting New.
Another window will pop up and will ask you to name the new signature. After you name your signature click OK.
Step 5)
Ensure your signature is selected by pressing on the drop-down menus and select your custom signature.
Step 6)
In the second box at the bottom half of the window is a text box that will allow you to write and customize your signature however you like. Once done select OK.

Select the cogwheel in the top right
Step 2)
Navigate to Mail >> Compose and reply
Step 3)
If you already have a pre-existing signature, select new signature. Otherwise, you can customize your signature. Remember to select save when you are finished!
Step 4)
Ensure your signature is selected by pressing on the drop-down menus and select your custom signature. Select save one last time to save your default signatures.
Step 1)
Open Outlook from withing your Applications folder.
Step 2)
In the top left of your screen select Outlook and then select Settings... from the menu.
Step 3)
Select Signatures from the Outlook Settings menu. It will open a new window for signature configuration.
Step 4)
Select Edit from the options displayed. This will open a new window to create your email signature.
Step 5)
You will be able to edit the signature message. We recommend making the window Fullscreen to have all the options populate. To add an image, select the photo icon, then select Picture from File... Be sure to save after your finish creating your signature.
Step 6)
Ensure that you select the new signature under the dropdown menu.
Step 8: Close Window to Save
To save just close the window. Outlook will automatically save the signature.
