Step 1: Click the Settings Menu

In the upper left corner, click the Settings button and search for Automatic Replies.

Step 2: Set Up Reply Message

There are two settings for Automatic Replies:

  • The first is for replies that will go to uccs.edu emails. Select Send Automatic Replies. These replies can be set to send for only a certain amount of time.
  • The second is for replies that will go to emails outside of uccs.edu. These replies are automatic and cannot be set to send for only a certain amount of time.
