You must be connected to the UCCS network for this process to work. If you are not connected to the UCCS network, such as working from home, you will not be able to install the software.
Step 1: Open Self Service
In the top right corner of your desktop select the Spotlight search icon and enter Self Service. Click on Self Service in the search results to open the application.
Step 2: Install Sophos Central - Cloud Security
From the list of applications that can be installed select Install in the Sophos Central - Cloud Security box.
This will automatically uninstall the old version of Sophos and install the new Sophos Central application.
Step 3: Verify Installation Has Completed
Within the Self Service application the Install box, as pictured in Step 2, should now say Reinstall.
Additionally, in the top right corner of your screen you should now have a shield icon with a S in it.
