You will also need the physical address of the printer. Please confirm this with the purchaser. Email both of these things to Kate Dougherty [email protected] who will get the purchase order together to be paid with a P-Card.

Once the connector is purchased, it can be installed from the Konica Minolta Store on the printer. Once installed, the below steps will assist with configuration.

First you will need to locate the app from the installed apps on the printer.

After selecting the SharePoint Online connector app on the printer, you will be presented with a sign on screen. Enter your UCCS email address and click next. The next screen will prompt you for the password to your account. After signing into your UCCS account, you will be presented with the following page.

Home page for the SharePoint connector that shows some folders, a file, and the name of the SPO site at the top.

From this page, it is possible you are not already located within the site you wish to upload the documents to. Clicking the pencil icon at the top of the page next to the currently displayed SPO site name will present you with a list of sites that you are a member of.
