This method requires the Spam Digest from Microsoft. If you cannot locate the digest, please access the Microsoft Quarantine Portal here: Releasing Quarantined Email: Quarantine Portal.

If you did not receive a digest, it means that you did not receive any spam that day.  However you are welcome to check the portal any time you wish.

Step 1: Click Release to Inbox

Find the message that you would like to release from the digest and select Release to Inbox

All dates and times are in Universal Coordinated Time (UTC).

Step 2: See the Following Message

You will see the following message after clicking Release to Inbox and will see the released message shortly in your inbox.

Step 3 (Optional): Click Report as Not Junk

If this is a known good sender, click on Report as Not Junk to send a report to Microsoft to verify the validity of this message.
