Step-by-step guide

I. Mini Bio Card Media

For a Success Story row, a Mini Bio Card media is required. Follow the steps listed below to learn how to create a Mini Bio Card media.

1. After being logged in, hover with your cursor over the tab labeled " Content" in the top left corner, a drop down menu will appear.

2. From this drop down menu, select "Media", this will take you to the media page where all current media will be listed.

3. On this page, click on the blue "+ Add media" button.

4. You will then be prompted to select the type of media you would like to add, click "Single Page - Mini Bio Card" from the list.

5. Fill out required and desired fields (required fields will have a red *).

  • The "Name" is the name of the Mini Bio Card and does not appear on your card (this is a required field).
  • The "Title" is the name that will appear on your content card (this is a required field).
  • Under the "Image" field, click the button labeled "Select Images" to upload a photo from your computer (this is a required field).
  • The "Body" field is a place where you can add a description or information.
  • The "Body WYSIWYG" field is similar to "Body" with the exception of more formatting capabilities. 
  • The "Extended Title" will appear on the opposite side of the card.
  • The "Extended Body" will also appear on the opposite side of the card.
  • The "Accent Color" field allows you to select an accent color for an "Extended Title".
  • "Alignment" allows you to choose if you want the card displayed on the right or left side of the content row.

6. After you have finished filing out the fields, click the blue "Save" button towards the bottom of the page. Repeat this process for the desired number of Cards.

II. Success Stories Content Row 

1. Navigate to the page where you would like to add the Success Stories content row. 

2. From the list of available content rows, select "Single Page - Success Stories"

3. Fill out required and desired fields (required fields will have a red *)

  • You can add a "Title".
  • You can add a "Section link" by adding the URL of the link under the "URL" heading and a label for the button under "Link Text" (this button will appear to the top right of the row).
  • Select the "Accent Style" for your content row (this is the color block that will appear behind the content).
  • Under "Mini-Bio Cards" start typing the name of the Mini Bio Card media previously created. You are allowed a maximum of 2 Mini Bio Cards per content row. Repeat this step for the desired number of cards.

4. Click the blue "Save" button to save your page. You have now successfully created a Success Stories row. An example of a Success Stories row is displayed below.
