Content Moderation Workflow
UCCS websites that have been migrated to Acquia will be able to take advantage of new features that allow for greater control and flexibility of site permissions, including who may contribute or approve site content, as well as who may add new users to the site.
The new user roles can be found here: New User Roles
Draft Creation (Content Contributors)
A Content Contributor creates a new page:

Content Contributor users can only create new draft pages and draft updates to existing pages:

Sending a draft page for revision (Content Contributors)
After a draft page is done, the Content Contributor will change the status of the current draft page to the "In review" state:

When the status of a page is changed from "draft" to "in review", all the users who have the "Content Approver" role will receive an email notification with a link to that page so they can make sure the content is good and decide if the page changes can be published or not.
Publishing draft changes of a page (Content Approvers)
After a Content Contributor sends a draft page for revision (In Review status), all the Content Approver users of that site will receive an email notification. Microsoft Outlook, for security reasons, will disable the link to the page in review from the email notification, and add a second secure link as shown in the following screenshot:

Clicking the second link will take you to the correct page being reviewed, but you will see the published version of the page.
Steps to see the draft version of the page (Content Approvers):
Click the "Draft available" orange button located on the top-right side of the screen.
Click the "View existing draft" button from the side navigation.

Doing this will take you to the draft version of the page...
To make sure you are looking at the draft version of the page you should see the red "In review" button that should appear in the top-right side of the screen:

Steps to publish an "In Review" version of a page (Content Approvers):
Click the "In review" red button located on the top-right side of the screen.
Click the "Publish" blue button from the side navigation to publish the draft version.

Steps to publish a "Draft" version of a page (Content Approvers):
Click the "Draft" red button located on the top-right side of the screen.
Click the "Publish" blue button from the side navigation to publish the draft version.
