Step 1: Create the Service  page
Hover over Content and add content at the top-left of the screen. Click on UCCS Detail  Page 2017

 

 

Step 2:  Enter content into form fields

Title:
 Enter a title for the document (*mandatory field)

 

Abstract: Short sentence or paragraph describing the Service.

 Overview: Enter text or images.  Use Body toolbar to format content. In the example below, an image of the UCCS clocktower is entered into the overview.  The image displays at the top under Overview. 

 

Features: List features of service.  Use toolbar to format content.

Benefits: List benefits of service. Use toolbar to format content.

 Who may get this service?  List service recepients. Use toolbar to format content.


What do I need to get this Service?  List service criteria. Use toolbar to format content.


How do I get started?  List getting started criteria. Use toolbar to format content. Example of an ordered list for someone getting started in an IT field. 


What is included with this service? List service inclusions. Use toolbar to format content. In this example, text and links are included. 


When is support available? Example:  OIT helpdesk hours. 



Service Level Agreements, Example: Add links to service level agreements such as the example on the Wikipedia website.
