  1. In the top right corner of the browser, click More.
  2. Click More tools and then Click Clear browsing data...
  3. A box will pop up with two tabs, select Basic. At the top, choose All time for the time range. 
  4. Make sure all the boxes are checked beside next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files are checked.


  5. Click Clear data.
  6. After the box has finished spinning and gone away, close all open Google Chrome windows and tabs and reopen Google Chrome.
