When requesting an INCLINE account, you need to provide your full SSH key. It will start with "ssh-ed25519" and end with "youreusername@yourhostname." If you only provide a partial or malformed SSH key, you wont be able to connect to INCLINE. Please follow the below guides thoroughly.
