Connecting Personal Device

Follow the steps below to connect a laptop to the Barco ClickShare Wireless Presentation System:

  1. Turn on display and select the appropriate source displaying the ClickShare splash screen if not already selected
  2. Connect one of the USB-C buttons to your laptop
    1. After a few moments a ClickShare application window should open or appear on your taskbar
  3. In the ClickShare application, select the window or specific application that you would like to share
    1. Alternatively, when the LED on the USB-C button is static white, you may click the button to start sharing
  4. Your shared content will now appear on the room display connected to the ClickShare device and the LED will turn red.


Note

It should be noted that if you do not manually disconnect your laptop before removing the USB-C button, your shared content may remain frozen on the room display for a few seconds, during which the screen will be unresponsive until the Base Unit detects the disconnection.
