These offices are located in the 465 office area.

Using the System

Turning the system on and off

The AV system will power on when pressing the power button in the lower right corner of the control panel.  This will turn on the displays.  To turn the AV system off, press the power button again.

Source Selection

There are two sources available for selection, HDMI 1 and HDMI 2.  To select a source press the corresponding button on the top of the control panel.  One HDMI input is below the display and the other is located behind the desk (in order to present content from a desktop computer).

Volume Control

Volume can be controlled using the volume buttons at the bottom of the control panel.  The raise and lower buttons are on either side of the volume bar and the mute button is located in the lower left corner.

Troubleshooting

Audio Issues

All audio in this room is routed through the wall-mounted display. 

1. Make sure the audio is turned up on the control panel and unmuted.
2. Make sure the source is playing audio, has its volume turned up, and is unmuted.
3. If you are still experiencing audio issues, please contact an Academic Support Technician at 255-HELP (x4357).

Video Issues

1. Make sure the display is turned on.
2. Make sure the desired source is selected and a device is connected to that input.
3. Make sure the device is set to mirror its display.
