Zoom provides the ability to customize your personal meeting link to create easy to remember access to your personal meeting room.
Step 1: Use a web browser to navigate to UCCS Zoom Portal and select Sign in.
Step 2: Sign in with UCCS credentials
Step 3: Finding Link to Customize
In the Zoom web portal, click Profile on the left side bar menu, scroll down to Personal Link and click Customize on the right side of the page.
Step 4: Adding Personal Link Name
In the text box that appears, enter your desired personal link name. After making your changes, click Save Changes.
Note: you may not use a personal link name which is already in use and Zoom may prompt you if you attempt to use a name which has already been used by another account.
Step 5: Finishing Up
You will now see your personal link listed on your profile page and may copy and share with others.
