For Owner Furnished Laptop/Bring Your Own Device
- Press the ON button on the button panel located near the AV rack and the projector will power on.
- Connect your device to the HDMI cable located on top of the AV rack and select the LAPTOP source on the button panel.
- This will allow you to share content to the projector in this room.
- Connect the USB cable to your device which is located on top of the AV rack
- This will allow your device to see the ceiling speakers and microphone for use in conference and sharing of content.
- Open your desired meeting application (Teams, Zoom, WebEx, etc.)
- Navigate to device settings and set the following:
- Shure P300 Echo Cancelling Speakerphone is selected for your microphone and speaker
- AVer CAM520 Pro2 is selected for your camera
- Join your meeting and utilize the meeting application to control the camera and audio for the room participants.
For Wireless Presentation
- Press the ON button on the button panel located near the AV rack and the projector will power on.
- Select the Laptop source and make sure the HDMI cable coming from the AV rack is disconnected from all devices.
- Head to the webpage shown the projector screen.
- Follow the instructions to download the AirMedia application
- If you already have this application skip this step.
- Open the AirMedia application
- When opening the application, if you are told to "enter a code", click the back arrow in the top left-hand corner of the window.
- In the Connect field, enter the IP address displayed on the projector screen.
- When prompted, enter the code displayed on the screen into the AirMedia application.
- Your device should now be connected wirelessly.

When using the AirMedia source, the audio will sound quieter, and this is a side-effect of presenting wirelessly. In order to access the room microphone and camera, the USB cable must be connected even when using AirMedia. |
