Scope
This is a projector-based classroom controlled by a Crestron touch panel.

Controlling the A/V System
Inputs
Using the Podium PC and Lectern
The computer placed on the podium is the primary source for this AV system. This computer runs the same image as all other podium computers in general fund classrooms and labs. You can sign in with your UCCS credentials.
Using
Wireless PresentationHDMI Cable
The AirMedia HDMI cable allows for wireless presentation of any device connected to the UCCS-Wireless network. laptops and other devices to be connected to the wall mounted display in the room.
To connect to the AirMediaHDMI cable:
- Select the AirMedia HDMI source on the touch panel
- Open a web browser and enter the address listed on the touch panel or in the lower right corner of the screen
- Follow the instructions on the webpage to download the app to your device
- Enter the IP address and code to connect your device and start presenting

- Connect the HDMI cable to your laptop or other personal device
- Your personal device should now be seen on the display.

Audio Issues
- Make sure the audio is turned up on the control panel and unmuted.
- Make sure the source is playing audio, has its volume turned up, and is unmuted.
- Test the other source with a different device and media to determine the cause of the audio issue.
